Due to the nature of sealed product in the Trading card industry, we do not offer returns.  Orders typically ship within 1-3 days of payment. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right Joe.MAKSPACKS@gmail.com

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Please Read before placing a Pre-Order…

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Makspacks, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
